Another day, another stop. Next up on my summer road trip was the Bosnian capital. Sarajevo was everything I expected it to be, and more. It was historic, yet urban; a blend of old and new. Never had I visited any city like it. In short, it was a very unique city, full of contrasts, and rich with history.

While visiting Bosnia, a predominantly Muslim nation, it was imperative to dress in a way that would not offend anyone, and that would allow me to visit the various Mosques and religious buildings. That’s why I chose to cover up as much as possible, but without sacrificing my style. The simple secret to this look was to pair loose, bohemian pieces together. The result? Something relaxed, effortless, but undeniably chic. Looking back on this outfit, I’m getting major bohemian vibes, but if it isn’t your style, then switch up the blouse for a button-up, and the accessories for more formal pieces.
You know those moments where everything seems to be coming full circle? Where your life appears to be going up, without lowering even slightly. That’s the indescribable feeling I’m currently experiencing. In due time, I’ll explain everything, but that’s a story for another post. Stay tuned for more, and remember to stay beautiful!
