A classic ‘me’ look

Sorry for the lack of posts lately. I’ve been settling back into life here in Paris, and catching up on school work after being gone for three weeks. This hasn’t stopped me from shopping in what the French call les soldes (the sales)Leave me a comment down below if you’d like to see what I bought. On this particular day, I went shopping and picked up some pieces from ba&sh for a formal occasion at school.

Outfit: Shirt – Zara, Skirt – Pull & Bear, Fedora – Brandy Melville, Booties – Ash, Bag – Rebecca Minkoff

This is a classic ‘me’ look. An oversized sweater, booties, a fedora and I’m out the door! This look was no exception. I wore a white button up underneath my oversized black sweater. I paired that with a basic skater skirt, and layered over it my trapeze coat from Claudie Pierlot (seen on me here, here, and here). For footwear, I busted out my ASH squaw booties. I love the fringe, and the studs which make these booties all the more unique. To carry all my essentials, I used the latest addition to my handbag collection: my mini M.A.C clutch. I decided to go with the navy leather, and gold hardware since I didn’t own anything like it. To top off the look, I added my classic fedora. Who doesn’t love a good hat? They’re chic, fashion forward, and great for covering up dirty/oily roots (don’t say you’ve never done it)!

Look out for a special announcement here on Wednesday! If you follow me via Twitter or Instagram you might already know what it is! Hint, what’s black, white, and cute all over…

XOXO, Sofia
