Another night in Stratford, another play, and another outfit. After a day filled with activities ranging from an introductory talk about John Ford’s Love Sacrifice to an acting workshop with one of the coaches at the RSC, a performance of Love’s Sacrifice was the perfect way to end the night. This was the first play I saw at the Swan Theatre, a small, beautiful theatre next to the RST (Royal Shakespeare Theatre). I loved the production, its sets, wardrobe, and lighting. If I could, I would definitely go see it again!
Apart from the hectic scheduling of the day, another challenge persisted. There would be no time to change after the day’s activities, so I would have to find something that would be suitable for the acting workshop, walking around the town, but also to attend the theatre come nightfall. So, I envisioned a look which would be neither too casual, nor too dressy and which would also be comfortable enough to wear during the entire day. The most versatile pair of pants are in my opinion, a pair of black dress pants either from a crepe or wool material. I wore a striped, off-shoulder top which was made from a less formal fabric, and added a more casual feel. After the day’s activities, I added a necklace which made the look more night-time appropriate and added some sparkle to the outfit. The bag of my dreams was the final piece, which added a necessary pop of color to this look. I’m sure it will appear in many more posts as I completely love it! Everything from the size, to the color, to the quality was exactly what I was looking for in a bag, and now I just need to find more occasions to wear it!

Tomorrow and on Tuesday I have my final exams for the year! I can’t wait to be done with school, so I can enjoy the exciting vacation I have planned! I’ll be spending an entire month with my mom, in one of my favorite cities, taking part in a workshop at my dream school. The destination will be revealed, but just know that you’re in for an adventure…
